Privacy Policy

Effective June 19, 2026

This policy explains what information White Tree Solutions collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain. If anything here is unclear, email us at william@wtsdata.com and we will explain it.

Who we are

White Tree Solutions is a data engineering and strategy firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means White Tree Solutions. When it says "you," it means a visitor to wtsdata.com or someone who contacts us through the site.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, we collect the name, company, email address, phone number, and any message or referral details you choose to provide. When you schedule a call through our booking tool, that scheduling is handled by Microsoft Bookings and is subject to Microsoft's terms.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting platform records standard technical information such as your browser type, device, and pages visited. If we have enabled website analytics, an analytics provider may use cookies or similar technologies to help us understand how the site is used. This data is used in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and have a conversation about your needs.
  • Provide and improve our services.
  • Understand how our site is used so we can make it better.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate this site and our business. These include our website host and backend platform (Wix), our scheduling tool (Microsoft Bookings), and, where enabled, a website analytics provider (such as Google Analytics). These providers process information on our behalf and are expected to protect it. We share information with them only as needed to provide our services.

Cookies and analytics

Our site may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the site working properly and, where analytics is enabled, to measure how visitors use it. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from using the site.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information you share with us against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. We limit access to the people who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take the protection of your information seriously.

How long we keep your information

We keep the information you share with us for as long as it is needed to respond to your inquiry, to provide services if we begin working together, and to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations. When it is no longer needed, we remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email william@wtsdata.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Your U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. These can include the right to know what personal information we hold about you, the right to ask us to delete or correct it, and the right not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. We do not sell your personal information. To make a request, email william@wtsdata.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time your state's law allows.

Links to other sites

Our site may link to other websites, such as our LinkedIn page or our scheduling tool. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their policies.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for businesses and the people who run them. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of the page. If the changes are significant, we will make that clear.
